FROM FABRIC TO FINISHED COLLECTION

OUR MAKING PROCESS

A testament to artisanal excellence and uncompromising supply chain integrity. We orchestrate a meticulous journey from the selection of raw materials to the final wholesale dispatch, ensuring every garment embodies the zenith of couture craftsmanship.

MATERIAL & FABRIC

The foundation of every garment begins with the right fabric. We carefully coordinate fabric selection, dyeing, and initial quality inspection before it enters the development process.

01.01 — Dispatch Timelines

We select fabrics according to the required texture, weight, drape, quality, and garment application.

01.02 — Mill Dyeing

Selected fabric is processed and dyed through our associated dyeing mills according to approved colour requirements.

01.03 — Fabric Quality Check

The dyed fabric is inspected for shade consistency, defects, shrinkage, GSM, and overall quality before development.

Design & Development

Ideas are transformed into tangible garment samples. This stage establishes the silhouette, construction, detailing, and visual direction before production begins.

02.01 — Sampling & Prototyping

Initial samples are developed to establish measurements, proportions, construction, and fabric behaviour.

02.02 — Design Development

Colours, silhouettes, prints, embroidery placements, trims, and other design elements are refined.

02.03 — Design Piece Development

Approved concepts are translated into detailed, production-ready design specifications.

02.04 — Sample QC & Refinement

Samples are reviewed for measurements, construction, appearance, and design accuracy. Required changes are completed before production approval.

Garment Production

Once a design is approved, it moves into structured production. Embroidery, stitching, and garment construction come together to create the finished silhouette.

03.01 — Production Embroidery

Approved motifs and patterns are executed using production embroidery machinery with controlled placement and consistency.

03.02 — Precision Stitching

Garment components are cut and stitched according to approved measurements and construction requirements.

03.03 — Garment Assembly

Individual components are brought together to form the complete garment while maintaining consistency across the production batch.

Detailing & Quality

The character of each garment comes through its finishing details. Every piece undergoes embellishment, pressing, and final inspection before it is approved for stock.

04.01 — Embellishment & Trims

Additional details such as stones, lace, beads, sequins, trims, and other embellishments are carefully applied.

04.02 — Pressing & Finishing

Garments are professionally pressed and finished to achieve a clean, refined presentation.

04.03 — Final Quality Control

Finished garments are inspected for measurements, stitching, embroidery, embellishments, stains, finishing, and overall presentation.

04.04 — Production Approval

Only garments meeting the required quality standards proceed to the final collection and stock stage.

Ready for Wholesale

Once production and quality checks are complete, the collection is prepared for presentation, organized into stock, and made ready for wholesale orders.

05.01 — Collection Photography

Production-ready styles are professionally photographed once for catalogues, wholesale presentations, and product communication.

05.02 — Packing & Stocking

Approved garments are packed, labelled, and organized by style, colour, size, and collection.

05.03 — Order Processing

Customer requirements are reviewed and the required styles, quantities, and specifications are prepared for dispatch.

05.04 — Dispatch & Delivery

Orders undergo a final dispatch check before being handed over to the appropriate logistics partner for delivery.
